Candi,
Can you remove the moderation that is required before comments can be posted? I understand that at one time people were out of line with their comments and your moderation was necessary.

On the other hand, I used to enjoy engaging in conversation with others through this blog, but lately I feel disconnected from coworkers all over the city. Even when you had no time to create new posts, readers used to be able to still share and interact.

There is a lot going on in the system right now, and some people would love to be able to talk and ask questions of one another with some anonymity - such as this forum provides.

If you don't have time to read every post daily, could someone else be assigned this task at the WTU? Their job could be just to keep the conversation civil - not necessarily to respond to every comment.

Does anyone know the list of principals that were given "non-renewal" letters this year??
