Wow I'm impressed. This will get Gray's attention I'm sure.
When Gray decided to pass the chancellorship over to Kaya Henderson, a TFA alumni and a pro-Rhee advocate, everyone should have questioned that from the get go?
If Gray is closing schools in the same manner that Fenty did when he was mayor, then DCPS parents and teachers start looking for a true democratic, pro public school advocate mayor now before the start of the next mayoral election.
LOOKS LIKE THE IN-YOUR-FACE DIRECT ACTION STRATEGY WORKED - MALCOLM X ELEMENTARY WILL REMAIN OPEN EVEN AFTER MAYOR-FOR-LIFE MARION BARRY WAS WILLING TO THROW THE SCHOOL UNDER THE BUS!
Why look for another Democrat? The DC Statehood/Green Party has always opposed school deform/privatization. Why bother with Democrats? How many times do they get to let us down before we learn that there are other choices on the ballot?
